Good customer service & delivery. Contacted them to deliver on a requested date. On that day, no news till 4.30pm so I contacted their customer service. They are quick to inform the order is otw. The delivery man was kind enough to call & inform there will be delay due to heavy traffic.

Quality:excellent Taste:excellent Pre-order during early-bird sale. Premium MSW mooncakes reasonably priced with vouchers and coins to offset final payable. Seller's delivery service was timely. We kept the mooncakes frozen til mid-autuum's day, defrost for ~1hour til the snowskin is just about soft enough to cut through. Delectable snow skin, flavourful MSW puree. What a delight!

Convenient to buy from shopee and no need to go go mooncake fair. Deliver to doorstep on preferred date but arrived after our preferred timing.

Quality:very good Taste:very good Items received in good condition. Have been buying this, mao shan wang, affordable and quality is good. This time added omakase which has 4 different flavours. But on the day of deliver, they called that red prawn can’t be sold becos of production issue. Appreciate that they called to ask me for changing another flavour.
